NGK service agent
The O2 analyzer is used in the Diffusion process of semiconductor plants to measure the O2 concentration within N2 and prevent oxide from forming. CJ Tech is a service agent of NGK, the Japanese manufacturer, and is fully trained by NGK for repair and calibration.
